assure ensure insure reassure的區別

assure表示向某人保證某事將要發生，既可以用來確證某事，也可以表示使某人確信，assure的賓語通常是人或人稱代詞；ensure的意思是使某行為或某件事的結果得以保證，即確保某事發生；insure意思是為防不測向保險公司付錢投保；reassure表示安慰憂慮不安的人，使其安心，放心，恢復信心。

assure ensure insure reassure都含有一定的"保證"之意。

assure是向某人保證什么，后面跟somebody，再跟名詞（物）或that從句；

ensure是保證，擔保什么東西；后面跟名詞（物）或that從句；

insure是“投保；給…保險；接受投保；承保”，經濟術語；

reassure是assure前加了表示“反復，一再”的前綴，我們可以理解為“一再向…保證”，就是為了“使…安心；打消…的疑慮”。
